I'm very annoyed.

Brought an apple to work, put it in the fridge, and clearly labeled it with my name. A coworker comes to me and says "you owe me an apple" and I ask "why?" And they say "because that apple you brought was rotten!" And I'm fuming inside because A) he ate my apple and B) he has the audacity to eat MY apple then tell me I owe HIM an apple?

I think I'm more than annoyed.. I'm furious.

And he thought he was being funny? Blerg.

I thought he was joking at first. He wasn't. He really thinks I owe him an apple since he bit into a rotten one and ruined his appetite.

I'd be annoyed too. He needs to be taught a lesson girlfriend. Tempt him again with an apple labeled with your name and make sure it is rotten inside again. Or a really good fake (that would teach him lol) and then see if he ever tries to steal your food again. Really very nervy of him unless you guys have that sort of relationship and in that case I wouldn't play the trick on him but it doesn't sound like that was OK for him to do based on your post. Ha! Would serve him right!

He should be weary! I could be Snow White's evil step mother and bring him a poisoned apple!

LOL well I had one because of an ER visit (looong ago), and was holding some other papers in one and someone mentioned putting lunch in it.

Picked my ring up today and LOVE it! I was worried the side stones would be too small and I'd be wanting them larger or the center smaller, but it is just right.

I'm still awful at taking pictures. (Probably doesn't help that the camera is only 12.1MP and is broken so only works if you bend your fingers just right...)

(sorry for finger fat pictures I had them make it a bit snug as I'm losing weight right now)


ETA: The center stone is 1.01, color is L (this is the one I fell in love with while comparing against I colored or better), I believe I saw VS2 and excellents down the row. It is definitely eye clean and is gorgeous in all sort of lighting conditions.
Two side stones (I forgot to ask details ) plus a total of 14 prong set stones (7 on either side).

I really dislike the majority of my immediate family members. They are well...we just don't get along. With the exception of my younger brother. When he heard that both kids had the flu and then I got sick. he took the week off work and drove the 6 hrs to come help out. I slept in today and woke up to my 1 year old (who now has pink eye so she is home for the day) in clothes that were too big on her...pants that actually belong to her 2 year old brother, and her diaper was on backwards but I was so happy that I got to sleep an extra 2 hours that I didn't even care. I can't believe how sweet my brother was for trying to help out though I know he is way outside his comfort zone with my babies

Thanks ladies! I secertly think he likes babysitting because he gets so much attention from the ladies! BAHAHHAHA. He took my daughter to the park this afternoon and apparently all the single moms were hitting on him thinking he was a single dad (he is late 20's and not married meaning no band). But yes I'm so lucky to have him nearbye now. I don't think I could have survived the last few days without him. DH has been out of town all month

DS went back to daycare on friday. Then they were both home on monday for the holiday. Then Tuesday DD came home with pink eye. I just can't seem to catch a break. And yes they gave me the wonderful stomach flu last week too. My MIL ended up coming over for a few days because I couldn't get out of bed...and they ended up giving her stomach flue as well so just as I started to feel better she got sick. It has really been a nightmare in my household lately. And my DH is gone all month. My brother just came for a week. He leaves on Friday I'm hoping that DD will go back to daycare tomorrow since she is no longer contagious....can't wait to see what else they bring home this week.

I had a similar thought today after working out, and there's cookies in the house....I've spent the last week "detoxing" myself from a high carb dinner out last week and finally FEEL so much better....so WHY do I keep wanting stuff that's bad for me? (Where is the guilt emoticon???)

Here's a cute story - I went on a business trip with dh this week and one night at dinner I was sitting across from a woman with a gorgeous emerald cut ring - being the good PS'er that I am I noticed it right away and checked it out throughtout the entire dinner. During dinner one of the men at the table started teasing her husband about buying something else from Cartier, so of course I continued to sneak peeks at her ring even more. When we got back to our room I informed my husband about the ring and the approximate cost and he looked at me and said "Junebug, I like your ring so much better - it sparkles a lot more!" Hehe, cracked me up!

Thanks YT, Enerchi, Justginger, and Chel180! I am getting a half eternity version made by a local jeweler, so it will look a bit different. Can't quite swing the real thing. This year is my fifth Mother's Day and I let him know that I deserve something by now. No presents at all so far! I even order my own flowers! So he realised the error of his ways.
