I need help with jewelry

I ended up wearing my diamond hoops and bangle, which didn''t really show up in pictures. Too bad I didn''t have enough time to get accessories because I would''ve love to have wide pink bangle (which I will check out the kid''s section for). Teach me not to procrastinate with accessories next time.

Btw, I love the way you''ve done your eyes and yr hair too. How did you do yr eye make-up? I''d love to do my eyes a bit more glamorous, particularly for special occasions, but it always end up looking so heavy and tacky on me! And your hair, is it loosely permed? It''s abt the same length as mine and similar roughly in style to mine but yrs looks so much better! I hope you don''t mind my asking!?

I don''t wear makeup everyday, just lipgloss, curling lashes & mascara on some weekends (maybe 1 or 2 weekends a month) and for weddings & special occasions. So I like quick and easy makeup. For that night, I just did a shimmery brown eyeshadow close to the lashes, using an eyeshadow brush. Then I spread the eyeshadow up to the "creases" (I am Chinese and have double eyelids, so there isn''t really a strong crease - just put the eyeshadow about halfway up the lids). Most people will use a second eyeshadow to highlight and blend, but I am usually just do my makeup quickly and spreading the eyeshadow works well to soften the edge. Then it''s curling the lashes and mascara. Voila!

My hair is not permed. I just curled it with a curling iron. My hair doesn''t hold curls very well, so I have to use tons of products. I tried TreSemmes curl activator spray that night in addition to hair spray after curling my hair. My hair held up pretty well that night. I am thinking about perming my hair though. I had my hair permed back in middle school and it lasted only one day, so I have to do more research before I decide on what to do.
