Thank you again to all the Ladies who commented here! I''d thank everyone personally, but this thread would be enormous! Hoping to get more pictures of this lovely ring soon to share with you all.

My coworkers were beyond thrilled today with my new status. They have been giving me a "hand check" every Monday, hahaha. They were surprised and delighted to finally have something beautiful to look at. My middle schoolers today were also all pumped up over my engagement. They all clapped and cheered... until someone asked what my new last name was going to be. EVERY class did this, it was so funny. It''s going to be an 8 letter Polish name, not so bad, but to them it seemed impossible. I will forever be known as ''Mrs. G'' at school, hahaha. I floated through my day today, and I heard one kid say, "...she''s much nicer today... she should get engaged every day." LOL Wouldn''t that be nice?

I got a few more decent shots of this beautiful ring tonight to share.

I just love this setting. The graduated sidestones and the wider band were so unlike anything else I had seen and tried on. I love the proportions of the sides to the center RB, it makes that stunner the main focus. *swoon* This has a matching .5 TCW five stone wedding band that goes with it, but I am thinking a simple white gold band would also be nice. FI says he doesn''t ever want to change this ring with upgrades, and that any other bling from here on in will be a completely different ring. I tend to agree.

How can you tell a guy to NOT buy you more jewelry?

When he decided it was the right time during dinner, just after we had ordered dessert, he excused himself to "run to the car and grab my cards". He gave a disposable camera to one of the hostesses just before he came back to the table, and she took the pictures as the proposal took place. A friend of his did this recently, and I love the idea of having the photos for years to come. The moment passes so quickly!
