Rain again today. So I''ll try for some shots of Dan''s stone later if the sun comes out. The photos I took yesterday didn''t come out well at all. The Barry stone is my avatar, although you can''t really see the facets in that shot. Here''s one of my photos that shows how the sparkle is chunky because of the facets.

As for color it is lighter than this IRL. Part of the problem is my poor stone photography skills.

yeah, I''m starting to lean that way. I want to make sure I get this right, so I don''t get too many round stones, and I want to start getting an asscher gem too. first off deciding on cut, and I"m really loving the portugese cut right now.

oooh.. i think i found one that I absolutely love the color, but I think its a bit much with my yellow gold... should I just rhodium plate my setting? and make it white, I absolutely love this gem by Barry... color.. yummy what do you think?

Dayna- if your still out there, can you help photoshop this into my setting with yellow and white gold? thanks so much!
