Drag the pink shoe avatar to your desktop (or right-click it and save it to place it onto your desktop, or a location you will remember).
Rename it some random combination of numbers and letters so PS will a name it has never seen before.

Here in PS click on the PERSONAL SECTION button up above.
Scroll down to: "Upload a custom avatar to our system:"

Click on CLICK HERE.
Click on CHOOSE FILE.
Direct it to your file with the unique funny name.
Click on CHOOSE in the lower right corner.
Then you have to click on UPLOAD in the lower right corner.
