I always wonder if online dealers'' photos are "juiced up" to look better than real life. If this is any indication, I would say Jeff''s are conservative!

Jeff''s photos are great, but his stones are simply amazing too. My sapphire looks better in some pictures than the ones Jeff took too!

He has a "Members only" section where he posts these first. I think if you sign up for his newsletter that adds you to the members only. You are sent a log in and p/w to get in.

I''m so glad you guys like it too! I had no idea what to expect from a yellow garnet...I don''t think I''ve ever even seen one before. The color is probably most like that last pic. I didn''t take the time to get the lighting right. It''s a light to medium yellow. When I opened it I thought it looked almost like a yellow diamond. I can''t wait to see how it sparkles in the sun! I feel very lucky to have caught Jeff''s email early. I was really sad to miss out on that asscher sapphire that neatfreak got (though happy for her!), so that makes me feel even more appreciative of my lucky timing this time around!

I am thinking about setting it in a custom bezel ring like this Tiffany http://www.tiffany.com/Engagement/Item.aspx?sku=21412473 I also think it would look amazing with some diamond traps on either side, but I am not sure I have the money to sink into that right now. I am definitely open to suggestions, though...so any ideas?
