I love Rhino, he taught me more than anyone about how to look at diamond quality. Slow learner here, I've watched some of his videos 6 - 10 times. I just adore him. Thanks for the link.
 
@freddyboston is there a way to contact you off boards (e.g. loupetroop?) I have a question about a potential stone,but lurkers keep buying the ones i want! I went to purchase the .50 that I posted and it was gone :(

no i'm not on that - the .50 D Si1 i@ 891 is still for sale - i've noticed sometimes they take them off and relist

So dumb. The link now goes to a different stone with IGI cert. A different .50/SI1 at a different price, but the link goes there anyway.
 
sparklingfancydiamonds on ebay has some milky stones, probably not in the size you'd like. You have to wade thru hundreds of really bad stones to find anything.
 
here's a 1.5ct K Si1... strong blue, brown and milky... kind of stone nobody wants.... intense graining... they need to knock the $ price down a bit....

Yeah I'm kind of looking for the "unholy grail" of clouds, surface, and internal graining, VSB, and colorless to increase the liklihood of overblue.
 
@freddyboston doed HRD not show any info about inclusions? I just requested certs for 2 stones and neither of them have any info about what the grade-making inclusions are. There's no list or other info. Just SI2 and that's it.

yes HRD clarity info is a bit vague .. also of note they Do Not have a Very Strong FL designation.....

Yeah I saw that, which gave me hope that "strong" might be enough

wow crazy distortion and lost contrast in that one.... quite bright in the studio lighting..... how does it look in the spin video ??
