surfgirl- I managed to stay awake without any coffee surprisingly! The excitement probably canceled out the yawning.. haha

rainbowtrout- I think my makeup artist and photographer managed to make me look younger than I really am. I am turning 23 and more often get mistaken for being older

For our wedding, we just wanted an intimate, casual ceremony by the beachside. We chose to have the ceremony at sunrise (well, an hr after) because we wanted the best lighting for pictures. And we ended up having our reception (more like a dinner really) at sunset because the restaurant we chose was famous for it''s sunset dining. (don''t worry, everyone had the afternoon free to do whatever they wanted).

What kind of a wedding are you thinking of having? Something big or just the two of you eloping? I would be happy to recommend vendors to you

Thank you! We will just be having immediate family, so about 20 altogether, including a handful of children. I also want a casual ceremony on the beach, along w/ a nice reception dinner (the restaurant you described sounds great, but appropriate for kids?!)

Your vendor recommendations would be so helpful, thank you. It''s so hard to trust someone for such an important day, so I REALLY appreciate any input! How many attended your ceremony?

We only had 6 guests attend our wedding so it''s a little bit smaller than yours.

The restaurant we held the reception at was The Beach House Restaurant in Koloa on the south of the island. They have a special kids menu so I''m pretty sure they are kid friendly. The restaurant had really good food as well as great ambiance so I definitely recommend them!
