@Daisys and Diamonds I love natural black gems like jet! I'm a big fan of black spinel. So many of them are dyed, such as onyx, or irradiated, like black diamond. And I'm sure your neck is lovely as can be. Because it's your neck and you are lovely. Does that make sense?

I have never heard of that variety of amethyst. I will have to do some research now.

It's really just amethyst from Morocco Fire is a marketing label from their characteristic red hematite “finger” inclusions resulting in red flashes. (I thought they were cool being double terminated and the color zoning along with rich purple giving them a unique shape and look).

Purple to blue unheated color change sapphire. It almost always looks purple IRL, but almost always looks blue in photos

Oh man this pic took my breath away. It’s almost EXACTLY what I had always envisioned for my engagement ring (we ended up going to a setting that had two more rounds- in my avatar). It’s GORGEOUS
