DiaDiva, thank you so much for the kind words! It was a big and difficult decision to let go of the blonde color, but my hair was getting totally fried with it and i realized that if i don't do something about it i'll end up bald!!!

Greyhound!??!??! His chest looks small, but maybe it's the photo angle, or maybe he's a whippet? In any case, it's a look I know well! I have a greyhound.

I have two-yup they're both retired greys. That's my girl and she's tiny at only 53 pounds. My boy is 91. He's HUGE! I've only ever had greyhounds-they are the best dogs EVAH!

I grew up in the first rescue in my state. My mother ran it and we always had at least 3 of our own and many fosters as well as they transitioned off the track. I'll never have another breed.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh, I love the big black boys! They are the sweetest!! I had one. He had been an excellent racer, so came to me when he was already 5. Oh, he was such a momma's boy. He loved me, and I him. Sadly, he passed after only a few short years with me due to osteo. I will always have greyhounds too! Most I'd had at the same time was 3, with an occasional foster bringing me to 4. And, yay to your mom!

same with my boy-retired late because he was awesome (my girl, not so much. lol) He is amazing and totally a mamas boy. But I am seriously suprised on a REGULAR basis by how big he is! I've never had a grey this huge before and I've had a LOT.

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. Osteo is SO hard, especially in this breed-as you know. But you also know how much fun it is to have a pack! There's nothing better than a gaggle of greys. lol.

Aww, he sounds perfect!! I volunteer for a rescue, so I've definitely seen gaggles of greys! haha. Nothing better than seeing them run together right off the hauler. A whole new world!
