Congratulations....It is depressing because for $450,000 here in Manhattan you can get a studio Apt....ok...a 1 bedroom if you are sooooo lucky.

Beautiful new home Matata! Congratulations. I love the lines and all the windows. What a treat to have all that privacy. That's had to come by these days...


btw. fwiw, I just got a Bosch dishwasher, and am hating the racks. It's nice and quiet and gets things nice and clean,but the racks don't work well fo rus. (We had to buy sight unseen, and thought from the description it would be perfect. I'd take some dishes and or glasses with you to see if they will work for you.)
