How many gemstones or jewellery pieces do you buy a day?!!!!!
I love it!!!
Not enough
I will be away the next 1.5 weeks for work so probably none.

Really lovely! Do you have plans for the large one yet? Maybe a ring/pendant convertible piece? Love the smaller silky! You have a great collection of spinels!
I think that would be a fabulous addition to your collection, because it would go well as a pendant and a ring, with the other rings which you have. Do you have another lighter pink spinel pendant yet?You read my mind! The 3 ct looks like it would fit into the same setting as my convertible.
Really fresh and beautiful. I love carved jadeite rings!I have these 2 jadeite rings that are too small for me in the summer months. The weather now is cool and rainy and I guess my fingers are less puffy now. So these do fit during the cooler months. Old carvings.
The very white jadeite with a touch of apple green was from a famous Myanmar mine that is now depleted.
I love that symbolism. They are beautiful and I imagine are so lovely to hold, icy cold and smooth. It's amazing that the 4 pendants are carved from a single stone! Machine carved as the details are neat and of even height. I will probably keep 1 (with the peach blossom flowers) and sell off the other 3.
They actually represent the 4 seasonal flowers of China, also known as the 4 Noble Ones cited in Confucius, representing 4 noble virtues. Or gentlemen virtues.
So many spinels! One day, I'd love to choose one spinel for a ring. They are lovely stones.
Gosh, I think for me, a luscious medium, romantic pink, or a lovely steely blue one! That said, I love them all. I love the saturated red ones very much, though it would get the least wear because reds are not the best looking on my skin. I hate that Because reds are gorgeous!
Which colour would it be?
It's always easier to find smaller stones that are cleaner and more varied in colours. The quest for larger ones to your heart's desire will be a longer voyage indeed. In addition to closely matching measurements and shapesI have this dream - of a blue two stone: Mid-day - Midnight, sky-blue - midnight blue. The right colors woud be naturalistic, so not Gem saturation. That tray of spinels may contain the right shades, if not the right size. I am sure that the right pair was on that table.
I have not decided the parameters of the design - especially the cut of the pair; this shall be done [no rush].
