my gown came in, first fitting pics!!!!!

Hey everyone, after many months of waiting my gown finally came in!! Here is the thread about the gown I ordered and the pics of the stock sz 10 gown that I tried on: https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/i-ordered-a-gown-yay.59065/

It''s a watters and watters bridesmaid dress and was very affordable. The fabric is quite thick and soft for a bridesmaid dress, I don''t think anyone is going to notice it''s not a wedding gown.

The fit is pretty good. It definitely needs to get hemmed (I''m 5''3), and the bust might need to get taken in if I loose any weight. Other than that, it looks like a perfect fit and alterations should be very affordable!!!

Aw thanks!! I''m really happy with this gown. It''s not originally what I wanted, but it looks great on me and I feel very comfortable in it. It helps that my mom is happy too!

I didn''t end up loosing any money on the others I''ve bought either, luckily they all sold on ebay for about what I paid for them.

They didn''t charge me extra for ivory or just one, hurray!!! It was very affordable, well under $300...really a great option for brides who don''t want to spend a lot. Thanks surfgirl! Bridesmaid dresses are a great idea for brides on a budget, glad to hear it looks like a wedding gown. The veil is the store''s veil. My mom is going to be making me one.

haha, I wear it around the house all the time LOL...but not out and about yet. It''s been a long wait because I love that band so much!
