Beautiful! Of course, I have a preference for all things vintage.

I''d love to hear the story of it being lost in the driveway in the 30''s....

My Great Grandmother was shelling fish of some sort and took off her ring and put it to the side. When she was finished she accidently wraped the ring up in the paper with the fish shells. Some how it fell out of the paper when the trash was removed( I am not sure if they had garbage persons then or what) Anyway, she was devistaed because her father had the ring made for her when she was 16 and it was very special. Fast forward to 2 years later, someone was walking in the dirve way and saw a sparkle. The rest is history. Like I said, you can tell where it was runover and fixed because it was reshanked in yellow gold. You have to squint but you can see it. I think that makes it all the more special.

That ring sure has a very interesting history Incognito. It''s really, really pretty. You must absolutely love wearing it, especially since it such a sentimental piece. It must have been a huge relief to have found it for the second time.

Gorgeous ring and wonderful story. It''s one of my favorites that I''ve seen on this site. So detailed and delicate. :)

What a special ring! So beautiful and feminine. I LOVE it!!
