Could have fooled me for a sapphire; nice stone. How are you planning to set it?

Thanks Linda, Chrono and kribbie! Because tanzanite is so soft it''s going to be a pendant. I''m looking for something more on the simpler side than I ususally do lol. More along the lines of my Tsav pendant.
Chrono, when I hold it next to my color change sapphire there really is little difference. It''s amazing how the two stones look alike. That is why I''m going for a simpler pendant setting than my sapphire pendant. This way I will have a more elaborate pendant and a simpler one that I can wear with my color change ring.
