New Cell Phone?

Alj- the battery trick worked for me at first but after a few weeks of missed calls I was frustrated. I am in my last year of university and I don’t have a land line so missing cell calls was causing me real trouble.
When I went to the folks at Verizion and explained what had happened they came out and saw what I meant. They sent me a brand new Razr for free with their apologies. They also let me swap out all my accessories that I had bought for my Samsung phone. I have to say their customer service is awsome!
