What is your secret to great meatballs! My sister's neighbor (Italian) showed her his tricks--then she to me and man did it ever make a difference!! He added a lot of fresh parmesan and fresh sauce to the meat then mixed and mixed it. They are so tender and tasty!!

No Baccala! I also add good parmesan cheese, a touch of cream, a little bit of smashed roasted garlic, and sausage to the ground beef.
