I really like dress #1 and #3. You should keep in mind that you don''t have the pictures from the same angle. Dress # 3 is most flattering in the pictures, but maybe not so in real life because the picture of the back is very flattering in #1 too, but the front angle you can''t tell how flattering it is.

Good luck.

Thanks all! I dont want to keep looking for a dress...but I''m the type of shopper that has to keep comparing so maybe I should go to one more store.

I do think I could pick one of these and be happy, though. I really dont want to put too much emphasis on finding the perfect dress...we still have so many other things to get done! But I also want to find the best one for me...so maybe I''ll take another day to consider (good tips about imagining myself in my ceremony and reception) and then pick from these or to keep looking.

Thanks again for opinions - keep them coming!

I think #1 is perfect for you...and a summer out door wedding too. It is lite and airy not formal...and yet the train adds just the right elegant touch. I think the three ribbon pattern can be repeated easily on other things...that may be a thing to think about. I love the little cap shoulders. And frankly I feel it is the best fit for you.

To me.... #2 is not the right size on you. It is lovely though, I just don''t like the fit.

#3 is lovely, simple, yet expresses more formality than a casual outdoor setting. Fabric is a heavier thicker look...not lite and airy.

#4 I can see why you love this one. I love the layers too. This is another thing that the pattern could be used again...say on table ...the table cloths could be layered in the same measure...But I can''t vote for this one without seeing the top adjustment. This one also leans towards more formal...

I go back to #1...femine, airy, delicate, out door appropriate...the fit....to me is hands down the best of all four. It really is a lovely lovely dress. Love how the train is seamed down the middle and it flatters you. Oops, I am sorry. I just realized 1 it is one of the more expensive ones...but it doesn''t look as if it needs any alterations!!! For me #1...is there a reason you placed it at #1?

dress #1 on you. its beautiful flowy and the back is TDF!! i love the cap sleeves and laciness of the dress. i don''t like #2-the style doesn''t flatter or compliment you. #3 is nice, but doesn''t have the beauty or flowiness of the first dress. i love the top of dress #4, but not the bottom...its too distracting from the beautiful top.

I like 1 and 3 the best.

i know i''m basically alone in this, but i still love #4. like WAY love. i think it''s sophisticated and perfect, and it shows off your gorgeous shape.
i just love it.

I like #1 best - but I do like #3 on you...the reason I prefer #1 is that is has more ''personality'' and stands out from the sea of white dresses.

As for #4 - I actually love the dress, but I would NOT add that peice on to it. It would spoil the dramatic neckline and length that that style gives.

That''s my 2 cents! GL with your search ;)

I voted for #4 last time...but #1 this time! (If I remember these are the most expensive ones...go figure). I love the little sleeves on #1, and the neckline on #4. The only thing I am not crazy about on #1 is the ribbon detail at the waist, it seems to break up the dress a lttle; but I think if you are holding a bouquet that will not be a problem at all. If it were me, I''d choose #1 or #4. Probably #1 since I am not very well endowed =)

Hmmm ... I didn''t vote last time but *inside* I was voting for #4 -- like JCROW & LLULU did. Ha! They had the guts to go against the flow but I didn''t ... I dunno why!

I actually actively DISLIKE #1 ... #2 is okay ... #3 seems very, very, very "typical" - yet it does flatter your figure.

Overall #4 is just a "wow" for me -- it''s so unique and high-end looking (IMO) yet sexy & ... it has an ease about it that says confident, relaxed bride ... whereas ... jmho

#1 - says: fussy, awkward, stressed, uncomfy, last-minute
#2 - says: i love lace with my lace
#3 - says: i have a great bod but not much imagination

WEIRDLY that store looks *very* familiar ... is it in a town that starts with a "P"? In New York?

i totally agree about dress number 1. i very much dislike it as well. the ribbon just doesn''t go. and i completely agree with deco''s words for #1.
actually, i agree with all of the discriptions she used for all of the dresses. we must be on the same boat.

Nope, I''m not in NY - I''m in the south. And thanks for the honest (and funny) feedback!

hello - i voted for #4 last time and it still gets my vote. i think it is flattering, memorable, and easy to wear. it has a designer appeal and personally i think the layering is done in a sophisticated simple manner so that the effect is one of classic glamour. this is a dress that not everyone could pull off, and it looks like it was made for you.

#1 also caught my eye, it is flattering to your figure and features. it is sweet and young, whereas #4, to me, has more sophistication and glamour. two different looks.

you can''t go wrong with #3, it''s flattering on you and your wedding pictures will never look dated. however i feel like i have seen this dress many many times before. it also has less of the outside wedding appeal of the other two. just an observation: i have seen brides tugging up their sleeveless gowns no matter how well they were fitted and how great they felt for the short time they wore them in the shop.

your wedding plans sound wonderful, enjoy and best wishes!

I personally like number 3 because of the fabric and IMO the most flattering to your body. I also like the back of number 1.

My favorite is 2 hnds down! You look stunning, it''s really flattering.

I love #4 also. It has a designer look to it. It looks very unique and elegant.

#1 -WAAAAAYYYYYY too much going on! I think the ribbons around the waist are distracting. The lace cap sleeves look like they should be larger or smaller. They just don't look finished to me. I do, however, love this one from the back.

#2 -Just doesn't do anything for me. It's not awful, I just think you could do better.

#3 - This is pretty, I just don't think it is anything special.

#4 is just the "WOW" one of the group to me. I wouldn't alter the neckline. I think it is dramatic, and sexy and elegant all at the same time. I realize that it costs twice as much as some of the others, but it looks like it too! I think that is a gorgeous dress for $800.00.

I also agree with so happy. I would keep looking until you feel sure about the dress.

P.S You have a great figure and can totally pull off the curvy glamorous look!

Hey everyone - just a quick follow up! I bought dress #4 - the tiered/layerered v-neck

It was the dress that I smiled the most when trying it on...I''m glad I finally made a decision! And a friend who saw the #4 photo before seeing me in it said that its much more flattering in person than the photo shows.

Thanks to all who helped me process my thoughts on this big decision!

HA! I was a big, beaming ninny when I tried on my eventual wedding dress too! Totally relate!

FWIW - I'm thrilled you picked #4 ... it's the kind of dress that will look stunning in pix for YEARS to come -- and flattering. It has a "Je ne sais quoi" about it. SQUEE!!!!
