I am sooo excited. The lady called and made the offer that we were going to except... but we waiting a little while today to make her sit on it for a while. She called back my realtor and made an even better offer cause she thought we were upset and did not want it anymore... so we got it for 2000 less than what we had asked for!!!
OMG.. it is sooo awesome!!!
We were able to get her to agree to close End of April!!! It is awesome!!!
F&I~ a rural loan is backed by the government. It is basically a a rural development loan. They want people to develop rural areas.. so they give them loan incentive. The irony is that we are less then a mile from the ''city'' line... it is great!!
