I have to agree with the issue being other people's parents. I guess there are some behaviors that you can't control or kids, or stuff they do that may be annoying but isn't wrong per se. But when parents ignore their screaming children in public places, I get very irritated. I guess it's easy to judge since I'm not a parent.
