Some of my favorite memories from childhood are the times that I would watch my dog Gretchen (mini schnauzer) play and wrestle with our cat, Boots. They are both long gone now but they had great times together, and when they were all tuckered out from playing they would fall asleep next to each other... so sweet!

Sweet pics. I think we can learn quite a bit from our pets.

Funny teebee, we share the same memory. My mini rumbled with our cat and at the end of the day curled up in bed together.

My Children have a dog at their father house that cuddle with the kids Hamster. I will have to find that picture. When I was little we had a shitzu that used to carry my hamster around in her mouth.

aaawwwww!!!!! So cute! I''m not normally a cat person, but every once in a while I find one I just adore! (I have a friend with two black cats who are both super nice). That fuzzy little kitty definitely qualifies for my cat list!

I don't know, Leonid. I do not even know where the pictures originated. I just know that a friend (who has a dog) sent them to me. He does seem to be a placid fellow, though. He or she. Do you know much about the Dogue de Bordeaux? This guy reminded me of the mastiffs bred to bring down a poacher without killing him: the kind of dog who has to be roused to activity and is not prone to violence...but who is big .
