And - Not a particularly distinctive photo, but very romantic.
Beach wedding with mariachi. We didn't know the happy couple at all, but we were impromptu-invited to attend so we did. It was wonderful. I wish I'd taken more photos of the ceremony but no one else was and I didn't want to be rude.
Well I was going to do the first of a National Parks tour - figured I'd start with Arches and work my way alphabetically...but then I glanced at the time - past midnight already!!! PS is sooo addictive!
So I'll switch to just a few pictures from the Vietnam Memorial in Washington DC.
i have visited the dc vietnam vet memorial twice....and been in tears twice. it is a very moving piece of art work...as is the lincoln memorial [read the words there].
thanks for posting the pictures of the vietnam memorial.
John, those are fantastic photos. What a beautiful place to visit. I really really need to get off of this fear of flying kick that I''m on. I''m missing out on WAY too much!
Websailor..that Death Valley photo is amazing! You should have that one framed.
Everyone''s photos are wonderful. I really need to start doing some digging now to find some of my lost photos.
just when i thought the camera search was over, we tripped on an article that says a new canon is coming out i june. so we''re waiting to check it out. of course, by that time my irises will be out of season....but there is still that 8.18 spess to get posted!
Tower stairs, can''t remember if it''s in Italy or England. At first I was annoyed that DF''s foot marred the pic, but decided that''s what makes it special.
