Agree with prior posters - information available raises no red flags, but we can't judge fluorescence and/or haziness online.
Cannot stress enough that this is a really really bad idea:
So I am hoping their is some kinda fall back if this stone doesn't work out.
Get all policies regarding return of deposit, refund for stone, upgrade, buyback, etc. in writing before you put a deposit down. Unfortunately even a beloved vendor may change personality quickly and dramatically when something goes awry.

thank you @yssie I will do that.

May I ask how you found the video link and where the stone is from? That is not site/jeweler I am working with; I am curious :D . Thank you :)

Just googled the GIA number :))

Many jewellers pull from virtual inventory (ie. Can pull stones from the same network of suppliers) - it's not unusual for two, three, ten vendors to "list" the same stone, nothing to worry about.

hehe thanks :) after I asked the question, I tried doing just that, googling the GIA number. Thank you, you're so sweet :)

@diamondseeker2006, @DejaWiz & @yssie.
I got the ASET image. Do you think you could take a look and let me know what you think? Thank you and everyone yesterday for helping me.

I also started a new post with the ASET image

No white spots and a little green, so I'd say it would be between the VG and EX light return ranges, more towards EX. I'm not an expert, so let's wait for the others to chime in with their thoughts.

It’s a very nice stone :))

Imperfect optical symmetry, but it will still be very bright and fiery. Assuming it’s priced significantly less than a true H&A of this size/colour/clarity - I see no flags.

The crystals under the table are white, which is much better than black, but be sure to confirm that it’s eyeclean to your person preferences when you see it in-person ::)

Thanks so much @yssie for your input and encouraging words =)2 ; I'm very excited to see the stone in person, TBH I was getting a little discouraged with the whole process.

to add yes, this stone is within my budget and ticks my wants/what is most important to me; my current stone is an AGS000 H&A, but for this size my budget couldn't allow for the same stats/specs.

thanks again Yssie =)2

I don't see anything of huge concern - the inclusions under the table appear small, so this is probably an eye-clean choice.

Report states "clouds, pinpoints, and surface graining are not shown", which may not be of concern if they are so insignificant that they didn't want to waste ink on the plot map.

However, be vigilant: as long as your jeweler can guarantee in writing (such as email) that there is a ZERO percent chance with any clouding, haziness/milkiness, or any other problems/inclusions that would diminish transparency and inhibit light return, then it should be good.

I guess I learn something new about the GIA report

Late to reply but I definitely think it is worth looking at!
