The osprey nest webcam is live at Hammonasset, CT, and there is a female on the nest as I write. Nest construction has begun, so my guess is that there is a male around.

Spotted this pretty one in the tree today. We have one of these trees on either end of the house and the planted themselves there. Kind of neat that they just ended up in the perfect spot.

Mourning dove is fun to watch but such a sloppy noisy flyer.
