I think it depends on your center stone size. Since you don''t have one yet, it''s hard to tell what the halo proportion should be, and the melee will dictate the halo width/proportion.

I see. I think I''m going to go 7mm if I go the Legacy route. I still wish I had some way to know how I would feel about the JM.

If you go the Legacy route, once you have your stone, if you are working with BGD you can ask them to give you two CADS, one with 1/2 pointers in the halo, the other with 1 pointers. And you can see which proportion suites you.
