Tacori--yep, we all want a ball bit picture. Do the balls stay in the pit or are you running after them constantly?
Burk--i am in a specialty program so i can''t job-share, otherwise that would be a good idea. I think i just have to bite the bullet and see how it goes full time. hopefully i''ll jsut get pregnant again and then i can leave for another year.
I just PVRed some yo gabba gabba for ''emergencies only'' -ha. It''s good to have on back up. I was always allowed to watch hours of TV when sick so i think that will be my stance as well (with a little in moderation when he gets older)
Crazy story about the 7 (+ 1 suprise) babies born today eh?!! Wow, could you imagine!!!
Apparently she plans to BF them all
Good on her, i guess she can just pump what she can and supplement the rest, but still, it''s nuts.
Don''t know if anyone has heard of the Dionne Quints? They were the first Quintuplets known to survive--born in 1934, all pretty girls and identical. Their tiny home (which is now a museum) is just minutes from my own. My grandmother actually worked selling popcorn on the property where they grew up--they were sadly put on display and ppl came from around the world to see them. They were a bigger attraction than niagara falls! Imagine how remarkable they would have been at that time, before fertility drugs, hospitals, incubators or formula (they were fed with donated breastmilk). My grandmother said the midwives put them in the stove for the northern winter
Don''t know why i felt the need to share that--lol--just struck me as amazing for a minute there...
