lili-baby number 2 was a lot easier than #1 for me. I started contracting around 3:00 in the afternoon, headed to the hospital around 5:30. the dr. broke my water at around 11:00pm and Lily was born around 2:00am. So, less than 12 hours from beg. to end and only 3 pushes. baby number 3 was actually the fastest and easiest though..My dr. always says that pregnancies tend to repeat themselves so if you have a smooth easy labor with the first you should with the second. of course their are always things that can change and arise but you will probably do fine. It's funny though b/c my water broke 15 days before my due date with my first but had to have pitocin. I went into labor one week b/f my due date with my second and ended up having to have my water broken but no pitocin and then had to be induced with jake 2 days b/f my due date...so who really knows!

diva-great Easter pics!!!

jas12-can't wait to see pics of Cohen's party. We need a 12 month pic of him!!

Thank you for your complments, Fisher! He did get a remote in his Easter basket. He loves ours so much that we went to BRU and found a baby one just for him. It has Sesame Street characters on it and makes all kinds of fun noises. It''s his new favorite toy.

The wood basket is his that our "Basket Lady" got him from Longaberger and the bunny is DH''s childhood Easter basket.

Purely selfish...Not sure if I will ever be able to catch up! The flight on the way home went good. My mom flew back with us. How funny there was a little boy (also 17 months) in the row behind us. T was So tired. She usually naps at 12 so around 1:40 (we started are decent) she lost it. She cried for about 10 mins (not bad and I didn''t really blame her). Then she fell asleep in my mom''s lap when we were landing (which is VERY unusual for T) and the little boy fell asleep too. How funny. Anyways as we were deplaning this teenage kid stopped to tell the couple behind us how wonderful their baby was. He said NOTHING to us. Bwahaha!!! Guess she is the bad one.

Then I told the FA I was sorry about the mess (I fed her for the two hour flight. Haha) and she said "you know I have to get down on my hands and knees"

Whatever. So here are some of the photos of out MKE GTG (so I am selfish AND a picture whore). Forgive me. Maybe I should have started a different thread. Hmmm...anyways...enjoy. Dee*Jay was a natural and NF looks awesome. Photos were kind of an after thought. PLEASE ignore T''s ugly pony. I was desperate b/c she lost her clip. Typical. Here is classic Tessa running away from us.

Look like Miss T was having lots of fun with the boys. Dex and Max are so handsome; Max even got Miss T all wired up. LOL.
Glad your flight went well.

Will catch up with everyone else later.

tacori- love, love, love all the pics! that is so nice your mom flew back with you. Is she staying with you for a while?

Linda, I wasn''t sure if I should post them here or hangout. Thanks for the sweet compliments (as usual).

Q, T was ALL over the place. She has way too much energy. You should have seen her in the airport today pushing her own stroller. Everyone was laughing and loved it.

Tacori I love those pictures!!!!! Too funny. You can totally see all the babies personalities in them. And the bling

I think you need to make a thread in hangout, I''m sure people would love to see the pics! hee hee... Tessa is such a character, you can see it in the pictures!

MrsS, she is staying until Monday so it is nice!

Linda, it was pretty adorable. She couldn''t really see where she was going (though the seat is mesh). Then she just ran up to this group of people and looked up and said "hi!" She is so NOT shy.

DD, maybe I will move it. I didn''t know what I should do. Tessa is DRAMA.

Awww, such great pics, love the new generation of PS''ers!! So glad you all had fun!!!!

Diva, James is such a cutie pie!

Tacori, looks like everyone had fun at the get together. We PS have some very cute babies! Sorry to hear the FA gave you a hard time. The bling group shot is so yummmy!!

Woo hoo, I was waiting for those pics! How fun! Is this our first PS baby GTG??? They are so darned cute, and it is fun to see them altogether. Thanks for sharing!!

Well, came back from PT/OT today. As I figured, we don''t have to continue with Physical Therapy. Amelia is fine. Perhaps lower muscle tone and I already know she has loose joints but she''s tracking perfectly fine and the PT wasn''t concerned at all. I will go back in a month just to measure progress as I got some good tips. I thought I''d share a few for those of you with babies who don''t walk yet.

She said when assisting with walking, don''t stand above them holding their hands up high. Their hands should be in front of their bodies, BELOW their shoulders. If they get used to holding their hands up, they get trained to assume that is where their support is. I don''t know if you''ve seen babies walking around bobbling with their hands kind of flapping up over their ears for balance. That is why. The issue, the PT said, is that when they fall, they reach for the air to find their support, often faceplanting. If they are trained to put their hands in front, they will do so when they fall, softening it a little bit.

Of course, that''s hard to do because it''s backbreaking! You can either be on your knees in front of them, holding their hands and going along. A nice tip was to take a towel or blanket and "harness" them underneath their armpits. So you take the blanket, wrap around their chest, under their pits and out the back. You hold the two ends standing as if you were reining in a horse. They get the support while having their hands free. If that is disconcerting for them, give them something to hold in each hand. This is also a lot easier on mommy''s back!

Occupational Therapy we will continue. Not a lot done today, just answering questions, so we will see!
