Burk, you are *too* kind. I think my mom said she gets the week off after good Friday and my sister is the week before. I don't even know when good Friday is this year. Good luck with your conferences!!! Hope T feels better poor little girl!

You are gorgeous woman! I am going to have to whack you if you think that is an ugly mug! Tessa is a cutie!

Ian's 1st bday pic is adorable!!!

Ella, the twins are so cute and growing so fast, love the pic where they have the apples! Fun fun!

Mrs. Salvo, that picture of Jake is so cute!

Burk and MissPinky, what cutie pies!

Tacori, This is an absolutely darling picture of you and Miss Tessa. I love it. I also love the other picture of Tessa too. She is such a happy baby. I love her little belly ha ha ha. You can tell how much she is loved.

Linda

Thanks Skippy and Linda! I think it is so funny that we were all worried by her low weight at 4 months. Obviously that is NOT a problem now!
2.gif
She is a happy girl and you can tell by her grasp on my necklace I think she might be a future PSer! Can you imagine if some of our kids become members someday too. They would be PS legacies.

Tacori,
You are gorgeous woman!! Tessa is such a cutie pie!!!!!

Tacori~So funny you mention T liking your sparklies....so does my T! Some times she will just stare at my e-ring and sometimes she grabs it and tries to eat it. If I have a necklace or bracelet on she''s always grabbing at them. I think it must be in their blood!
2.gif
9.gif
I don''t know when good Friday is this year, either. Is your sister a teacher, too?

jas12, the Maclaren Quest and Triumph recline.

Love all of the baby pictures!

MrsS, cute picture of Jake with a messy face.

ella, yay for pictures of the twins! They are so cute! I love the pumpkin patch picture. I love fall too!

misspinky, your daughter is beautiful. Look at her long eyelashes!

Tacori, love the pictures of Tessa, especially of you two. You're both beautiful!

Happy first birthday to Ian and Delaney!
36.gif
Cute pictures!

Diver, you have a beautiful family!

Oh and Ella, Divergirl and MissPinky I didn''t scroll far enough to see your adorable little ones. They are adorable.!!!! I love all of these pictures.

Ella: The twins are too darn cute for words.

Linda

Just googled it and Good Friday is in April...April 10th I think it was.

Burk, hmmmm.....Brady loves to grab ll my sparklies too. he''s tried a few times to eat my earrings right off my ear. and now i can''t even wear a necklace anymore and i have to clean my rings all the time cause he constantly grabs it and tries to scarf them down. but he won''t try to even touch DH''s wedding band. weirdo
40.gif

and how was T''s appt with with the pedi? hope she''s ok

Lisa, you are sweet. I cannot believe she let us put that hat on her.

snlee, thank you! Someone actually said she looks like me today. They usually say she looks like DH (she has his coloring).

Burk, oh so they aren''t even close to your break! My sister and mom both work in special ed (though my sister in a spanish speaking inner city school in CA). How is T doing?

Puffy, T likes to suck on my necklace too. Kinda gross but I usually let her.

Tacori--we were posting at the same time earlier. Tessa has so much more hair now and she has filled out (delicious cheeks!) ! She looks so much like you, lucky girl- cute as a button!
Thanks for your travel input.

Snlee--thanks for the stroller info

Jas12, thanks so much! I actually think she is a mix of the both of us. Her hair is getting long and darker. No problem with the travel advice. I have no advice for a cruise ship
2.gif
but lots for flying. Oh, and Divers suggestion of bringing duct tape is great! It WILL come in handy. Not sure how mobile Co will be but you can secure outlets, drawers, etc. I used it to make a towel bumper for her scary metal crib.

Aww... I came hoping to find new pictures of the PS cuties, and there was a ton of them! Thanks for posting, everyone. Your gorgeous babies always make me smile!

So cute, every one of them!!

And I still am shocked at how fast they grow and become more and more like little people every time a new picture is posted.

The birthday pictures are all so pretty! And the new baby in the Boppy... sweetness!!!

puffy~Your Brady is going to make some girl really happy some day with his sparkly interests!
9.gif

Tacori~Wow, special ed in an inner city school. That has to be so hard, but really rewarding! Do your mom and sisters schools go into June? April seems so late to have spring break. If you go during their break, I can still try and do a weekend or something. Keep me posted.

So, T was running a fever, had a sinus infection and one of her top teeth popped through!
7.gif
Poor, poor girl. DH said she was in good spirits, though and fell asleep on his lap while he was reading her bed time book! I think I''m going to stay home with her tomorrow, then my mom will come after school (she teaches at another middle school in town) so I can go to practice.

poor poor T!!! i hope she gets a good nights sleep tonight. did they give her something for her sinus infection? hope she''s back to her old self real soon.
haha, that is going to be a long time before he makes any girl happy with bling! i just wonder why he will not even try to grab DH''s ring...he has a BIG sparkly on his.
how are all the other mommies and kiddies doing?

Burk--poor T! I''ve had awful sinus infections since I was little and they stink every time.

puffy--that is strange he''ll go for your pretties but not your DH''s...I''ll have to see if J is selective about her bling too--she''s constantly grabbing for my necklaces or earrings or rings though

As far as traveling goes, we took Jay on her first plane ride when she was 3 months old and she did really well. We just made sure she had a paci for take-off and landing. Other than that, we had her blanket and the boppy and just let her sleep on that resting against my stomach.

And just for fun, here''s a pic of her first plane ride

jayplaneride.jpg

oh wow!! look at all these pictures..!!!

36.gif

Ella: Look how pretty and grown up G & K are!!! K is a little princess and a lady as always and i just want to pink G''s cheeks!!! love all the pics, they are so adorable and must be a joy to see them go thru the different milestones together..

Tacori: Miss Tessa as pretty as ever :) and ur looking good urself!! i recall one of ur wedding pictures had almost the exact same angle of u in it as u have in this picture..and girl, dunno wat 10lb ur talking about..!!

MissP: isn''t Jay just adorable?? LOOOVE her tiny sneakers!! love the parrot idea!

Burk: sorry T is having such a rough time
7.gif
hopefully she is feeling better today and managed to get some sleep last nite..

can''t wait to see pictures of all ur little ones in their different Halloween costumes...obviously, Halloween is not a big thing over here, but sometimes one of my friends hosts a Halloween party for all the kiddies and i took little K as an M&M last year!! he had an orange M&M onsie and matching hoodie, and i found tights the exact same shade of orange ...and voila! a costume was made...this year i was thinking of getting him a UPS delivery man costume :)...

Jas12: I know that McLaren has an umbrella stroller that reclines, but i dont think they recline all the way...sorry about the lack of sleep
7.gif

MrsF: I totally hear you with the MMR shot..not sure if you''ve read thru my drama with that shot, but i had delayed the vaccine a few months coz little K is allergic to eggs and the vaccine had traces of egg protein in it..docs said that the new batch of MMR vaccines had much lower (almost non-existant) traces of eggs in it and that i HAD to give it to him coz watever reaction he would get from the eggs would be so much better than if he got the actual disease!!..anyhoo..not to repeat the story ive said before, but he DID get a reaction but is completely recovering now..i WOULD strongly advice reading up on the side effects of the shot though (hives, red bumps, etc...doesnt happen to everyone, but CAN happen and DID happen to little K)...as for the other aspect of the shot, our pediatrician (and a lot of the other hospitals in the country) have split that shot from the 1 year vaccine..they now give it at the 15 month mark. The reason supporting that is IF a child did have autism he would display the signs by the time he was 15 months and therefore when the shot is administered, it would have already been determined whether the child does have autism or not.. for example when i took little k, the doc did a series of communication tests..he played with him, talked to him, took him around the hospital..basically he was trying to see if he had the signs of a child with autism..he pointed a lot of things out to us and said that if he DID have autism, then he wouldn''t do a lot of the things he is currently doing (Sharing toys, playing with others, laughing, etc...)..

Tacori
That''s the reason (looking like a greaser) why I am not sure if I want to use oil for the cradle cap. The weird thing is the day after I posted about it, it kind of disappeared. The scalp is not flaky anymore. Weird.

I think my next laptop will be an Apple. I''ve never used one, but heard such great things about them.

Look like Tessa had fun at the party.
9.gif
And you look great, so I don''t know what extra pounds you are talking about

Bobo
I am glad you were persistent in finding out what''s wrong with little B. Sometimes moms just know best.

And don''t worry too much about the medicine (it''s necessary in little B''s case).

puffy & Burk
I so wanted a MDX when I got my car 2 yrs ago, But at that time, I was starting a new job and we didn''t want to spend so much on car. MDX is such an awesome car.

puffy
Brady''s hair grows pretty fast, huh. Any pics of new hair cut?

Burk
How cute that Tayva is going to be a poodle.

MrsS
Love Jake''s sweet potato face. So adorable.

diver
Look like a fun birthday party.

You are a HOT mama for sure.

Jas12
Sorry for another long night.

ella
The twins are just SOOO cute. I love it when you post pics of them.

misspinky
J has such gorgeous eyes and full eyelashes.

The costume idea is super cute.

Burk, yeah some of her students are homeless
7.gif
It''s really sad. I think their schools go to June. I swear last year my mom''s spring break was the last week of March but I could be wrong. I''ll let you know. Poor T! It''s so hard seeing your baby sick.

misspinky, that is a perfect age to fly. They can still sleep anywhere and they aren''t mobile. I bet she was a hit on the plane.

msb, but you can''t see my body

All the PS babies/kids will look so cute for halloween! I can''t wait!!!

Q, glad it went away! I love macs and always plan on having one. FIL and DH used to tease me relentlessly. Well funny thing is our neighbor (in IT) just converted for his home computers. NOW all of the sudden DH thinks mac comps are the best thing since sliced bread
20.gif
In return his FIL is NOW talking about getting one
38.gif
Interesting...

Hi PS Mommies
My son was up all night with a fever.
I had forgotten about this sleep deprivation thing.....
26.gif

How long before the coffee starts working?

iluvcarats, I don''t know. I never drink coffee
23.gif
Amazing that I survived the first 6 months until she slept through the night. Hope your son feels better!

BTW, Tessa is a dancing fool! She starts and I''ll chant "Dance! Dance! Dance!" and then she will wiggle and shake even more (with a huge smile on her face). It is SO funny. Yesterday she even did it while standing but fell on her tush after a minute (her balance is not the best yet). So also understands if I say "jump!" and will bounce up and down. She is a character!

You and Tessa are both beautiful! Love the pic.

quick drive by post, I'll catch up later at naptime...but I want some advice!

Ok, so can I rant about Jake's preschool? I thought I loved it---till y'day. I parent helped. Maybe I'm just not meant to spend one second in a classroom--but the kids bugged me. Now, i know you don't send your kids to school in their sunday best since they are messing with paints, markers, glue etc...but even Jake in his "PlayClothes" is clean, matched, wearing stuff that fits, hair & teeth brushed, face starting out clean, etc.

One little girl had a rats nest of a knot in the back of her head...It was pure torture for me not to brush it. I had to fight the urge for 3 hours!

And some of the kids were just these little neanderthals. Agh. I met the parents & kids at the bbq's and I guess I must have clicked with the 4's class because I do not remember these people at all.

I guess its too late to switch him out, and everything else is full, so apparently I'm stalled. I'll just chill for the rest of the year & hope it gets better. It could have just been a bad day.

Oh and Jake FREAKED OUT the whole time I was there. I don't think this co-op biz is for me. Besides, being in a classroom isn't that fun for me. I did art projects with the kids & was thinking, "good thing I never went to school to be a teacher...not my cuppa tea".

I am just so shocked! This school has such a good reputation too! Its in a great area, right next to my town which is just like my burb demographically so I'm surprised that the people are so....well...slovenly is the only word I can describe. I mean, are dirty kids de rigeur in every school? I've been in the burbs too long, but I seriously don't see kids like this in my mom's club.

Ok...snob moment over. well not really, its gonna eat at me all day. Dirty kids freak me out.

Quick drive by from me too but I''ll be back later to post more. Just want to say that I LOVE all the photos!!!

Keep em coming!

diver and mrssalvo, thanks for the BTDT advice. I know it''s going to be tough but I''m accepting all the help that is offered to me! Unfortunately, that means I have to have MIL more involved in my life--starting tonight she''s going to stay with us until I go into labor. We need someone to watch Lily and she volunteered so I''m going to suck it up and deal with it. More on that later...

Just came back from the doctor. I''m 3 cm dilated and the baby''s head is still pretty high. She said that it''s just a waiting game now but if nothing happens this weekend, I''ll have a NST and BPP on Monday and then she asked me how long I wanted to wait to induce. Uh, I''d like to do it tomorrow! But she doesn''t induce until you go overdue so if nothing is happening by Monday and the baby looks ok, I''ll be induced on Tuesday morning. So there is an end in sight! She said that now that I have an induction date, the baby will show up on her own--probably true! I''ll keep you all posted!!
