Ragdoll "parents" -- this thread''s for you! Brag and post photos here!

OK, here''s the last one. When we open DD''s princess tent Leo goes CRAZY. As in nobody can go into the tent or walk by it because you will be attacked. Note the wild eyed look. And huge paws!

Miranda, Leo is adorable and such a hoot!!! What a fun kitty cat! hehee

OMG Miranda I think I''m in LOVE

What a GORGEOUS HUGE INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL kitty Mr. Leo is turning out to be. These are delightful pictures - I can totally tell what a loved and important member of the family he is, and it sounds like he has a hilarious personality. And I just can''t get over how gorgeous he is - I think I may have to keep an eye out for a kitty with flame point coloring - my mom has been looking to add to her kitty family and we''ve been getting a lot of flame point applehead Siamese in the shelter where I volunteer. Of course, a short hair wouldn''t have quite the same magnificence of Mr. Leo though. Sigh...I just can''t get over what a GORGEOUS cat he is. Thank you thank you thank you for sharing the new pictures - totally made my day

Thanks Skippy. This cat is totally a hoot! Even non-cat folks that come over love him.

AG - to say this cat is loved and important is the understatement of allllll understatements. We (mostly DD and I) are obsessively in love with this cat and he RUNS the family. Let''s just say that there is a pic of the CAT on my phone screen saver...Not my kids. I hope your mom finds a red. I love the unique color, though some day I would love to have a masked Raggie. And thanks for the kind compliments...I''ll tell Leo!

OMG Lynn tell DH to BACK AWAY from the tuftyfeeties with the scissors!!! No touching those, ever!!! They are the cutest parts!

AG don''t tell me you have applehead siamese there...because I have wanted one!!!! My 2 girls are still separated and I don''t have enough separate rooms in the house! But someday...I totally want one.

Miranda, Leo is so gorgeous...I particularly love his own adoration of his tail. That is a funny picture.

I couldn''t get any good pics of Chloe last night, with the flash she always closes her eyes and w/o the flash there wasn''t enough light. But here''s the laptop picture of Holly I was talking about. Way to help out, kitty.

MIRANDA!!!! Thank you for the new photos of Leo! He is soooooo beautiful! And I love how he loves his tail! haha! Whatta character! He looks about as, um, *spoiled!* as Boo!!!

And FG! Those last two photos of Holly are sooooo adorable! She is SUCH a spoiled little diva princess! Doesn''t her personality just SHINE THROUGH in all those photos?!!! Sooooo cute! (And oh, please keep trying to get us a few new photos of sweet girl Chloe!)

And yes, I will definitely tell DH, "STEP AWAY FROM THE TUFTYFEETIES!!!"

FG, what a big helper Holly is!!! I love her eyes. They are so expressive.

Lynn, thanks! Spoiled??? Just mildly!
20.gif

Oh FG, we really have had lots of Siamese and Siamese mixes this year, although not as many right at this exact moment. Check out this gorgeous boy though. He's so handsome

Hehe Lynn and Miranda - our kitties are totally the center of our households too - spoiled to within an inch of their little kitty cat lives

ETA: sorry, my link doesn't work, he is in the middle of page two - his name is Lex, and he's a flame point - so pretty!

How have I missed this thread for this amount of time??? All the cats are just gorgeous! Of course I may be biased because I have a ragamuffin cat and a pixie bob manx.

Oh AG, Lex is so gorgeous. I would scoop him up in a second if I could.

I thought it was time to post some new ones of Boo. He's getting so GROWN UP! He's 15 months old now, (STILL 11.5 pounds!!!), and getting sweeter and more spoiled by the DAY!!!
12.gif

He looks kinda grumpy here, but he wasn't! He was just watching the birds out the window.

MyBoo1.jpg

More bird watching...

Boo and Buster outside in Boo''s "cabana"! They LOVE that and can "while away the hours"...

OMG Lynn where do you live, I''m coming over to steal him RIGHT NOW.

That second to last picture groveling for treats is SO darn CUTE! He has really darkened and developed his coloring, hasn''t he?! What a gorgeous kitty he is turning out to be, even more than he was at first. I want to come over there and get a face full of FLUFF.

Speaking of which, I have taken to picking up Holly and monsching on her belly fur. Surprisingly, she takes it. Probably because I reward her with freeze dried shrimp afterwards. Anything to get my quota of face-full-of-belly-fur. And I will do whatever it takes. Oh yes. I will.

Haha, FG! Thanks for the sweet note. You can come over anytime, but I guess I will have to do a full-body-kitty-search on your way out!!!

I know, he''s getting SO dark and handsome! And the darker his face gets, the bluer his eyes look.
30.gif
He is soooooo wonderfully soft and fluffy... mmmm, he sleeps on my pillow and I get to bury my face in his fur all night... ahhhhhhh, pure heaven!
16.gif

And I am SO happy to hear that sweet Miss Holly is cooperating with the All Important Belly Monsch! She''s a smart little diva, so she is... she knows where that shrimp comes from!!!
1.gif
And I agree -- WHATEVER it takes. Definitely. W-H-A-T-E-V-E-R!!!

Oh Lynn! When I saw the new pics of the fabulous Mr. Boo I shrieked at the computer! The kids came running with the cat and proceeded to show him Boo''s new pictures. We. Are. All. Pathetic. In. This. House. I love his outdoor ''cabana''. The kids asked if it was a cat pack and play, LOL!!!

Leo''s new favorite activity is chasing the flashlight. He gets so wild. My family was over yesterday for a bday party for DS and were completely entertained by Leo''s new flashlight tricks. Our fave is when he turns around in circles, the way some dogs chase their tails, chasing the light. Run to the light Carol Anne - we tell him as he''s tearing off down the hall after it!

Your cats are too beautiful for words-the pictures are to die for. We are in cat heaven looking at these!

OMG Lynn - TOO FUNNY!! When I noticed that this thread had been updated, I opened it up and scrolled down to look at the new pictures. Then I was really confused for a minute, as I thought "I don''t remember posting new pictures of Ollie"...
40.gif
Then I realized, its NOT Ollie, its BOO
30.gif
30.gif
30.gif

Seriously now that he is so dark and handsome, Ollie''s and his coloring is so incredibly similar that they look remarkably alike. I showed hubby the pics and he couldn''t believe it either.

I''m going to try to upload some updated pics of our little man so you can see the incredible resemblance
2.gif

Hey AG! Good to "see" you! xoxox

TOO FUNNY about your initial reaction and brief confusion!
OH! I can''t wait to see new photos of Ollie!
30.gif
30.gif
30.gif
YAY!

Boo is getting SO dark and handsome, for sure! And he''s only 15 months old. I''ve heard that, as a Raggie, he''ll keep on changing till he''s fully mature -- at age 4!
23.gif
2.gif
9.gif

He STILL weighs 11.5 pounds, though. Been the same weight since 10 months old. I *assume* he''ll have another growth spurt (or two!) before he''s done. I wonder what he''ll finally "end up" at?

BTW, is Ollie a lap cat? Boo is NOT a lap kitty (DANG DANG DANG HIM anyway!
2.gif
) but he is a "likes to be carried around" and "likes to be near us" and "sleeps with us every night" kind of a guy. But, OH, if he''d only be a LAP CAT, I''d be in HEAVEN!

Hi Miranda! Thanks for the note!
I have to tell you that I *CRACKED UP* over the last photos you posted of Leo!!! LEO THE TARGET???!!! Haha, I am LOL!
BTW, how old is he now and what does he weigh? Did he "stall out" in his growing for a few months? (See above post about Boo''s growth.)
And one more question, please... is he a lap cat???!
Thanks!

Hehe Lynn - its good to "see" you too. I''ll post some new pics of Ollie below so you can see the resemblance. Interesting about Boo''s weight - we expected Ollie to be gaining a lot, but he seems to have stalled out too. He''ll be 2 at the end of June/beginning of July, and he''s not gained more than a few ounces for at least 6 months. He''s about 13 lbs 5 oz as of his last vet visit a week ago (the vet LOVED him BTW - I thought she wasn''t going to give him back LOL
6.gif
) but she did say he probably wouldn''t gain a TON more, but that he was a huge cat frame-wise so he very well might fill out more. His fur is still darkening for sure - its more subtle now, but its still developing a bit.

He is NOT a lap cat - it makes me sort of sad, except that we have a lap cat already (our big orange tabby girl is like lap fungus - she can''t get enough), and DH is hardly ever home these days, so I do get my lap time dose. But Ollie is super-snuggly in other ways, and he LOVES to sleep with us at night and to snuggle with me when I''m reading in bed at night.

Anyway, here''s a face that reminded me of Boo - sorry about the red eyes:

ollieoncoffeetable22.jpg

You can see his face is a different shape than Boo''s in this pic

olliefaceshapeshot66.jpg

But the sleepy face is awfully similar - you can see why I was confused
20.gif
3.gif

olliesleepyface44.jpg

Here''s him taking to our new couch right away (this picture taken, literally, 20 minutes after the couch was delivered). He matches beautifully, don''t you think?

olliesleepnewcouch11.jpg

Totally cracked me up that he takes up like half the couch all by himself...

ollieonnewcouchhalf55.jpg

And finally, a feature that I would love to hear if "real" Raggies have - Ollie has what we like to call "armpit tufties." They are these hilarious tufts of fur under his front legs that stick out when he''s sitting up - they never fail to crack us up because they are so absurd. Anyone else''s kitties have these?

ollietuftiesunderarms33.jpg

Oh AG!!! Thank you! Those new pictures are AWESOME! He is soooooooooooo handsome!
30.gif
30.gif
30.gif

And yes, I definitely see the amazing resemblance to Boo! Those sleeping pics are almost identical! Ollie''s face seems a little more angular (triangular) than Boo''s, but that could be partly because Ollie''s a little older? Or maybe it''s Boo''s ruff (he has The Ruff, Ollie has The Tail!
30.gif
) that is giving him the illusion of being fuller in the face?

Well, I''m sorry to hear that sweet Ollie isn''t a lap cat for you, either... although I do understand (and cherish!) that each boy shows their affection in other ways. But oh, what I wouldn''t give for Boo to be a lap fungus cat!!!
2.gif
1.gif
9.gif
*sigh!*

I still hope that he may become a lap cat as he gets older... although I know the chance is probably rather slim. But the poor baby, honestly I can barely leave him alone... so I figure he''ll either (1) give in and become a lap cat just to placate me or (2) run away from home and join the circus to get away from me!
