I''ve been a bad fur mommy.

I''ve been totally slacking on the pictures of little kitty Coltrane. He is growing up into quite the handsome young man, although he''s still just a baby at heart.

I love looking at the pictures of everyone else''s babies (Boo looks adorable Lynn!

), so I figured it was time to participate. Here are few newish picures:

(BTW, I never bath Boo... is there a reason why you bathed Coltrane?) Anyway, he is beautiful and yes, ever so gloriously, cleanly, softly and freshly

Hi Lynn! Yes, there was a reason that poor Coltrane had to get a bath.

He was going through a few days where he was having lots of tummy trouble, and then one morning he came tearing out of his litter box with a VERY messy rear end. It was so bad, no amount of baby wipes or trimming was going to do it. My poor FI was alone with him at the time and decided to give him a butt bath, but before long Coltrane was mostly wet anyway so FI said, "why not?" and gave the full bathing.

I''m sorry I missed it, but apparently Coltrane was really good

. He cried a lot at the beginning, but then he settled down and would just wimper occasionally. Poor baby!

Of course after it was over, he was quite happy with it.

Oh the humiliation of a bath!!! LOL. What precious pics. Poor Leo has been in Coltrane''s shoes. He''s growing up to be such a handsome guy!

I am so happy to see a picture of Coultrane, he is so adorable! Have you thought about giving him a show bath, I am sure if you can get him used to that now, you will be able to give him one every now and then when he is an adult. You need to post pictures of him more often, he will not be a kitten forever!

Bigdiamonds - I just noticed I have the exact same orange plasic spiral cord/pink feather thingie for my cats too! And it''s attatched to the top of the cat post exactly like yours is. funny....
