I usually buy classic pieces but this time, I got a red jadeite Ruyi set in 18K rose gold with green jadeite and diamonds for a bit of dramatic effect. I haven’t received them yet. Paid more than I wanted for it but I can’t find anything like it with nice color (not too brown, not too yellow), superb polish (there are jadeites that don’t polish well), and nice water/transluscency (not common for red jadeite), though the pieces are thinner than I’d like them to be (2.1-3.1mm).

I’ll post more photos when I receive them!

I absolutely love red jadeite, and have ever sense I discovered jadeite and decided to make a living with it. Those are certainly stunning, and one of a kind. One of my favorite red jadeite pieces I currently have in my collection will be going up for auction through Dunham's live in Hong Kong and online. It is a traditional 28" red jadeite bead necklace. The tone, saturation, and texture are as close to perfectly even throughout as I have ever seen in a natural Grade A piece like this. Thought I would share an image of it, and a Cabochon I am making a ring with. As nice as my necklace is, I think your pieces have mine beat in both originality, and beauty. Nice find.
