In all honesty it sounds like a very expensive list but the insurance claim is paying for the majority of it otherwise it''d be a much shorter list of 2 items!!!!

Gotta love that! I had a claim that paid off a student loan and our honeymoon. That was nice.

Now THAT''S an insurance claim!!!!

Sorry I''ve been MIA for a while ladies. My sis is getting married next Saturday and there has been so much to do!!

Update for me though. FI spoke wth the jewler for me today (I''ve been frustrated, and have been letting him talk since they seem to be getting better communication) Apparently they PROMISE on their life that it will be back from CA on Thursday for us to check. And then FINALLY it will be READY for us to PICK UP on FRIDAY assuming that all goes well Thursday and I approve the work. WOHOO!! Can I tell you how excited I am??

Now, all we have to do is make sure it is PERFECT, then we can insure it before I get on a plane next Thursday afternoon for the wedding...can I ask for crossed fingers and some dust please ladies???....

Hi Kelli! I''m actually not sure. Definitely 5 days or less, but my setting arrived without my tracking info ever being updated so I''m a little fuzzy on exactly how long. It got here really quickly though!

Update: Jeff and I decided to go for a pointy cushion for my tourmaline, rather than an asscher. I have an unhealthy obsession with his asschers, though, so I think this tourm won''t be my last gem purchase for the near future...esp. if he finds me something blue

he says it''ll be a couple weeks before he gets to it.

And finally, I just bought a blue sapphire from Dan Stair to put in an LOGR setting...and this will be a Christmas present for my mom, who also loves jewelry...although for her, it''s all about diamonds, sapphires, emeralds and rubies

Unfortunately, three of those are out of my budget! But I''m excited to see how this turns out
