Round 1 of Dress Shopping. Help?

Okie Dokie. So I went down to LA this weekend to do some first time dress shopping with my mom. There were so many good options and I must have tried on 25 dresses in 2 hours. They all started blurring together! I need help. Here are 4 of my favorites. The first one is my favorite by far (I think...) but I want an outside opinion since my mother didn''t really seem to have any. So here goes!

I didn''t like this one that much at the time, but it started to grow on me while I was wearing it. I''m not so sure about the jacket. I wish I had some pictures without it.

It''s hard to say for certain since the photos are taken at different angles, but from these photos alone, I like #2 the most. The cut is beautiful on you- I like the sweetheart neckline and the way it''s fitted through the drop waist, slightly flaring from the hip. It''s very flattering.

#2 is my favourite on you! It hugs your figure in all the right places, and it''s absolutely gorgeous. #1 would be my second preference.

Thanks Ebree for the feedback! I do think #2 looks best in the photos. It''s funny how I didn''t think the sweetheart neckline or the fit-to-flare style would look good on me and after trying on a ton of dresses, that neckline and style looked the best on me! I''m 5''1" so I can''t wear anything with too much material or the dress eats me...

I can''t really pick a favorite...but I think I like #3 the least, which is strange b/c Im usually a huge fan of the empire waist. I really like how # makes your figure look, but was that one pinned? I only ask b/c i feel like it should be a bit higher on you? If it was I think it would be my fav, but as pictured I guess its a tie for me between #1 and #4 with #4 being my fave if it were in your budget.

Not much help, I''m sure, but they are all really lovely, so I don''t think you''ll go wrong with any of them

Thanks Kama and Ksluice. All the dresses were pinned and when I do pick a dress, the dress will be custom made to my proportions (bodice will be shorted etc.). I also agree that #2 should be pulled up a bit.

I know what you mean about all the dresses blending together in your head after the first trip...I think after a couple days, the one(s) you love the most will stick out to you...after my first trip, I had a top 5 and several days later, decided I only liked one of the five.

#1 is definitely my favorite...I think its very flattering. In my opinion, #2 is beautiful, but it''s just missing something for me...I can''t quite put my finger on it...

Another vote for #2. Very pretty and super flattering dress. Not that the others weren''t - you have a great figure. I just love the neckline of #2 and what appears to be a more simple flare. I will say, though, that I didn''t see HUGE diffs between dress #1 and #2 (might just not have stood out in the pics).

That''s my vote, too - #3 minus the bolero. I also like #4 (stupid budgets!)
