On her wedding day Stephanie also wore her mother's engagement ring, the Countess having passed away during the engagement period. Not a shabby stone, either.

I love EC but prefer her mom's setting...double halo is too much IMO. Thanks for sharing.

Me too! ECs don't need the extra sparkle from a double halo. That's why I love Camilla's ring - the central stone is the star of the show with a few supportering actors on the sides.

LOL I watched an interview with the queen on CNN en Español on micro finance last week when she was wearing this one and I thought that's so very Maxima and very suitable for CNN en Español. Must admit it looks better when she's standing up.
