so... also not jewlery related
but you know, im with my friends here
on wednesday when i should have been finding my morganite earrings to wear for the wednesday pink thread, i was outside pushing the bin out for collection and i saw a bit of litter in the garden
excpet it wasnt litter, it was a we missed you from the NZ post courier -and it was 11 days old
we have had a lot of wet and windy weather the last few weeks but we also have a perfectly good locked letterbox at the front gate
anyway anyway it said if the package wasnt collected in 10 days it would be sent ack to sender
so about 25 min on the phone (the card had no phone number, i had to ring a generic NZ post number and wade my way through a stupid unhelpful automated directory (You know the type)
it is coming today (friday)
it seems that 9.05 am was too late to get a next day delivery ...(Its just in town at the NZ post depo)
this is finally arriving

i kind of wish i brought the other one but the shipping was more than the item
