absolutely beautiful! ok now i''m off to email sally about my .53 sapphire that i want to make a stacker with!

Cushioncutnut Thanks- although I am not sure how original it is- I did copy the idea from EVERYBODY on these boards!
Stone Hunter Yes, it is in silver. It was a cheap stone ($50) so I didn''t think it needed the upgrade to white gold.
D&T, Chrono, Novel, Packrat, Fairwayflunkie, Oddoneout, Jstarfireb, Kasbaby Thanks for the compliments. You lot all really know your jewelery and so a compliment from you means so much!
Sarahbear621 Is that the little sapphire in your avatar? It looks like a Dan Stair one if I am not mistaken.

I do wish I had saved the good picture of the sapphire that Barry listed. He''s taken it down and it would have been quite useful!

Are those Sally''s photos???

Please let us know what you think of the color of the stone and if the setting has really darkened it or if it''s just her photos!

The lotus seed rings are made for small stones. They will probably be in your budget in yellow gold because Sally's listed prices include a stone. It would be well below budget in silver. I have some slightly larger stones in a lotus seed ring and have included some pics. The pink spinel is about the size of your stone, the green tourmaline is slightly bigger, but under 5 mm.

The baby lotus is also another nice option.
