#JOTW Shameless Showoffs: Show Me Your Bling!

Hi! I've been lurking on here for a few months, but my fiance finally popped the question, so I can post my beauty!

The center stone is 1.3 cts, ideal cut, G, VS1. The ring is a size 4.5.

The setting has 172 tiny stones, covering just about every bit of the setting. I couldn't be happier!

My ring hand ring is finally completed. The picture stinks because it is just a quick shot by my jeweler before preparing it for shipping. I have not seen it in person yet, so I'm anxiously awaiting its arrival. I'm crossing my fingers that I chose the right setting….

^Thank you! I sure hope so. I used an out-of-state jeweler, so it creates a lot of anxiety throughout the whole process. I did the same thing with my E-ring reset (into a halo) and it all turned out just fine (better than fine actually!), so I would like to think that this one will turn out just as well I will try to update with a new photo wearing the ring after it arrives.

It's GREAT seeing your finished ring Niel. I LOVE the personality of your sparkly gem, the color is just captivating !

I'm also glad you went with N-S, that's my favorite. I can't wait to see handshots!!

*HUGE sigh of relief* My ring arrived just moments ago and it's perfect! It exceeded my expectations.
My only complaint is that since I recently had to have my e-ring reset resized a quarter of a size, I wanted to be cautious with this right-hand ring and I ordered the smaller of the sizes with this ring too (I previously thought that my ring size was a 3.5, but top-heavy rings are a better fit on me at a 3.25 size). The ring is snug over the knuckle when taking it on and off and I'm guessing that it will be a tight fit in the summer months, but I don't anticipate having an issue with it (just a snug fit).
I'm so thrilled that it turned out - it was a lengthy process…

Here's one more - a little closer. It's a cut-corner princess center stone, flanked with two trillions. The setting is 18K two-tone (yellow basket/prongs for center stone, white gold shank & basket/prongs for trillions).

I purchased this from KJMM - she got it from OWD. It is a 3.71, EGL M, SI1, 10.23x9.23x4.98. It is beautiful and I love how it changes depending on the lighting. The ring it is in now is a temp mount, I'll probably get the final mount done near the end of the year. I believe the mount that KJMM had it in originally belonged to someone on this board that consigned it with GOG.

I'll have to get some new pictures. These don't really do it justice. It's very delicate! It's pure torture that I can't wear it yet!

I'll have to get some new pictures. These don't really do it justice. It's very delicate! It's pure torture that I can't wear it yet!
