Hi Everyone,

Long time reader and lurker and first time poster here.

Since this year is ending and has been tough I decided to get myself a LGD and had it made into a ring. More like a little pat on the shoulder. So i ended up with this 6.52 pear 17.21 x 10. 42 x 6.37 mm. 60% Table, 13.5% Crown, 44% Pav in
G colour VS2. Ex Sym & Ex Polish.

The jeweller just sent me the video of the finished product and my heart sank as I thought it will be a finger firecracker (like loads of fire). But I think I need to manage my expectations.

I love it, its beautiful! Where did you get the setting from?

I showed my local jeweler a picture of the By Bonnie version that I fell in love with, and they had one in their case to show me. It took 5 weeks to get it made, but I like that it was hand done.

Deep blue! It was a present so I don’t remember all the specs. About 1 carat, radiant, size 6.5. From James Allen — their LGD run $$$ but this one was competitively priced so I alerted my hubby and he surprised me.




Shown next to a sapphire and diamond Tiffany band, for comparison. I am happy with the color. The diamond does not have a lot of green, other than in yellow light.

Just absolutely gorgeous, may I ask where you purchased the stone and who did you have make the tulip setting? I’m looking at purchasing from LGD and having them custom make my tulip setting, do you have any thoughts or recommendations?

Just picked up this custom made, 3.09 carat diamond. Finger size is 7 ish. I love the 2.7 mm shank and the claw prongs. One carat for every decade married, 31 years next month.
