Posted by D&T ideas from Stuller. Please ignore the non bezels. I couldn''t cut them out of her photo.

Oooo, I have the mounting on the bottom left, only in earrings. I like them a LOT. Mine were made by GOG with H&As melee. (Sorry, I know we''re talking about pendants).

Lets see if it worked. I reset my mom's ering stone about 15 years ago. Loooong before PS. Loved, then didn't love it, now I love it again. Thanks PS.

1.05ct H SI2

Well, shoot, the pic didn't post. Have to go pick up the kiddo, so I'll try again later. I WILL figure this out...eventually!

WOW Circe that''s a really cool pendant. I like the shape, size and the bail. TFS!!

Thanks for all the info about going with an open back to the setting. We PSers all like clean stones!!

Here are both of mine - a .75ct G, SI1 in a stock Stuller setting and a .453 G, SI2 in a BGD Barbara setting. Love them both!
Oh those are very nice!

Do you wear them at the same time?? Which setting do you like best -- to avoid flipping etc?

I never even knew about the Barbara setting till recently, this thread I think.

Cool Gemgirl love that setting for a RB. Your earrings are very nice.

KaeKae hope you can got your pendant to post!

Thanks Stone Hunter! I don''t wear them together because they''re both on 16" chains. And I like the look of the Barbara pendant much better than the stock setting, but because the stone in the stock setting is bigger/heavier, it tends to flip less. The Barbara pendant slides up to the base of my neck and sometimes the stone tilts over. But I really love both of them!

Well, if I can attach the pics, here is mine. Its a pretty OEC but I''m not into rounds so its off to Erica Grace.
If its the setting you are researching, this is white gold and the jeweller decided my life would be waaaay easier if the chain ran through the bezel so there''s no issue of the stone flipping or being not dead centre. That was very good advice. So the bail is actually also the bezel, if you follow me :)

happy researching. https://www.pricescope.com/idealbb/images/smilies/35.gif

hmmmmm... having probs attaching, try again....

Phooooo, my pics are too big and I only have iPhoto and I don''t know if that will re size images..... oh well, perhaps my description of the bezel will help.

yaaaaay - managed it!!!

Okaaay, managed it again.
Hope that helps

Trying one more time. Again: the stone was my mom''s ering. 1.05ct H or I SI2. Set in a yg bezel about 15 years ago.

Oh laughinggravy and kaekae those are both very nice pendants. I see that laughinggravy''s is a slider and that kaekae''s has the chain attached on either side of the bezel. Both nice options. Do they stay put nicely or flip?

TFS!!

Thank you Stone Hunter. I didn''t even think about the fact that it sort of has a double bale. It stays put perfectly, btw.

My 0.80 F VVS1 pear...

those look great worn together!

Hi stonehunter, thanks for kind words.
Yes, it was a slider, taken apart now since rounds aren't really my thing so stone now on consignment.
It never flipped - partly I think because it was 7mm so quite wide and also because it was a slider.

Oh and I'm the old laughinggravy, but forgot my password and never got a reply back to my request for a new one so I re signed up

Hi laughinggravy,

We did reply but never received a reply from you. Please make sure your PS email is accurate and that it did not go to spam. If you email me at Ella at pricescope dot com I can get you back in.

Ella, many thanks, just mailed you.

I have a few bezel set that I can add to the mix.

My 1.5ct sunstone in rose gold setting and 1.5ct round garnet in 14k white gold half bezel.

There is no bail on either of them.

Finally my 1 carat ruby in halo setting. I don't have a picture of it alone so it is also pictured with my 1 ct pink/lavendar halo setting that is prong set.

Here's mine. Blue tourmaline bezel set in sapphire crystal with diamond halo.

And pic of the back to show how the chain goes.

Very cool kismet! That looks amazing. Thanks for the pic of the back as well, I was kind of curious what it looked like.

Ha, my new rose cut from James Meyer.

I did tell myself I simply wouldn't buy this unless I could sell the other one, but the sale he had pre retirement made me take the plunge and I can't say I regret it one little bit :Up_to_something:

Only some of these are bezels. Are you confusing bezel with halo?

I think they do!

My Barbara pendant from Brian Gavin.

bumping this up... would love to see more!

I got this pendant as a gift from my parents years ago when I graduated. Although the pendant is pear shaped, the center stones are actually two brilliant cut diamonds. I absolutely love it.

My inherited 1.25ish pear (no idea of the stats). I recently had it set in a platinum bezel.
