Show Me Your Blue Sapphire Rings: PS Addition

No trouble at all! I usually wear them with these two bands: a thin eternity band from EBay and sapphire and diamond Beverly K band.

I hope she doesn't mind but I had to add Cushioncutnut's new sapphire ring because I love it so. Maybe she will come on and add some more pics!

Here are mine, so far. In the top photo, left to right, a Victorian ring with a cabochon sapphire, translucent and denim blue, which looks like it should have a star, but unfortunately doesn't, in a halo of rose-cut diamonds; an art deco platinum ring with three little dark sapphires; and an art deco platinum ring that originally had an I2 OEC, which I replaced with a half-carat heated natural blue sapphire of medium quality. Then I bought a much nicer, almost 2ct, heated cornflower blue sapphire, which is out being set. I think it will be the only one in this thread in a setting that doesn't also include diamonds.

I LOVE all of them but that blue on your new stone...swoon! I can't wait to see it set, diamonds or not.

I sure will! Stay tuned! I consider it an honor! This ring has rendered me breathless. I still can't believe it is mine! Pictures still don't do it justice!

I have gone from none to two and am totally clueless on how to set them. Sadly, my go to bezel won't work in these darker beauties.

I have no ideas off the top of my head how to set but they are beautiful and I look forward to seeing what you choose. I would definitely set the octagon in a ring and I would set the round in a pendant with a halo of diamonds! See my avatar on an idea how to set your octagon. :)
