Hi,
no there is not a satin finish. Just the engraving and it's 18k.
Thank you so much!!! It’s gorgeous! Impatiently waiting on CADs for a 3 stone with all rounds

what a beautiful ring. I love the lighter emerald and the bridge detail! Stunning! Wear in health!I have been waiting 90 days for my beautiful DAvid Klass ring. We finally picked it up from LA this weekend and I was absolutely speechless. It. Is. Unbelievable!! David was extremely nice and accommodating and I can’t say enough good things about him and his whole crew! My ring is a recreation based off the original Art Deco target ring my husband wanted to propose with, but it was sold by the time he went back to purchase it. We added a sentimental detail in the basket by crafting it to look like the Brooklyn Bridge in profile where he propsed. <3
Here’s the specs:
1.29 round, F, vvs1
Insanely clear emeralds - I asked for the light ones
Platinum with a yellow gold halo
Size 4 finger
Enjoy!!

OMG, I saw this on his IG account and was hoping it belonged to a PS'er so we can have MANY more photos of it!!!! Can you share a perspective photo please?? And where did you get that opal?? Its colors are mesmerizing!!!Picked up our opal pendant today. It actually looks better IRL than in the video.
The opal is a 19ct boulder opal from Winton, Queensland, Australia. Apparently this type of opal is found in thin seams running thru rich brown ironstone rocks. The miner splits the rock thru the middle of the seam and ends up with a flat opal surface. Our opal had some of the brown ironstone remaining around the edges, photo below, so we decided to bezel set it in order to try and hide the edges.OMG, I saw this on his IG account and was hoping it belonged to a PS'er so we can have MANY more photos of it!!!! It is crazy beautiful, but I totally get wanting it perfect. Can’t wait to see the FINAL final resultThe opal is a 19ct boulder opal from Winton, Queensland, Australia. Our opal had some of the brown ironstone remaining around the edges, photo below, so we decided to bezel set it in order to try and hide the edges.
Figuring out high high the bezel needed to be so that when hammered down it hid the brown edges, but did not hide too much of the opal was always going to be tricky. The backside of the opal is domed so that complicates the calculation and the setting! You can see from the video we almost got it right, but there's still some brown showing on the sides, and we are going to do it over. So @ILikeShiny no more photos until we get it perfect. Then it will really knock your socks off!
@MakingTheGrade, does your spinel ring have its own a thread somewhere? It is stunning and I would love to know more about it.
purchased the stones from @stonewell and @elle_71125, thank you! great job by David and Amy, thank you!

I'm going to have him make me a small 3 stone diamond ring. And I can't for the life of me, decide between 18K unplated white gold, and platinum. Anyone have any strong preferences? the platinum is $150 more, that is the only reason leaning towards the gold (plus it might be easier to size)

I just received my latest band from DK so I thought I’d post a group photo. Funny enough, they’re all different metals or polish so that might be helpful too!
Top to bottom:
14k rose gold, polished
14k white gold, brushed
Platinum, brushed w/single-cut melee
14k rose gold, brushed
And I feel like the true colors aren’t really showing through, as the RG is pretty vibrant in person. When I use a flash it looks more accurate but then the details get washed out
Thanks! The remake of your twist ring is really NICE. Are each of your bands 3 mm wide?
Thanks!
The top two bands are 3 mm in the bottom two bands are 4 mm.
@whitewave we bought the emeralds at an auction in Los Angeles to go with our emerald pendant. That reminds me that I need to post pictures in this thread of the broach we rescued from a consignment store, and turned into a magnificent pendant with much help from Amy and David at DKJ.What vendor did you use for the emeralds?
