Wow, I love it!! I am all about simplicity too, and letting stones speak for themselves. There is more elegance in simplicity than in intricacy sometimes. Can’t wait to see it on you!!!
@Bluegemz Oh wowzers where did you find that beauty!? Congrats! The colours of Mali garnets is really interestng. Mine are greener. I bet your ring sparkles like yellow diamonds. This is why I love coloured stones so much.
If you decide not to keep it can I have first dibs!?
Can I add this pic here? I did get a Mali to put with my spess. They both have Windows which close up well enough in settings, and I can't wait to make something for them. I may actually create my first bezels or invest in a metal clay kiln to make a duo ouroboros pendant for them.
My camera is slandering this gem by darkening it so ignore the brown. It is fabulously orange in real life.
Bestie's ring with the stone from Litnon. Pics posted with permission.
Haha setting this shape was a nightmare. I ended up convincing her not to blow a huge amount on it so we chose a setting that didn't really fit and they modified it as best as they could. Was half the price of custom made though and she loves it. I was mighty impressed with the end result.
Beautiful stones? Are they all 6mm each? We’re they priced well?
@Bluegemz How are you getting on with the mali ring. Has it arrived yet?
Fantastic color, fantastic price! Enjoy!@T L they are all 6mm. I thought they were priced well for having such nice color. The one I picked was $162. Sukrita selected the ones she liked best for me from her inventory based on what I told her I was looking for, which is a nice perk of doing business with her!
Fantastic color, fantastic price! Enjoy!
