I do like the bezel setting you just posted. It might darken the stone though.

Oh, AJ, I just love this one to pieces! Looks a little similar to the 7.6mm tourmaline I just bought from Barry. Maybe from the same rough? I, too was looking for a peachy pink, and I just love the finished product!

That oval stone is cut by Gene, one that I had to pass up.

The one further up the page is my RB cut by Barry

From what I understand from Barry, yep from the same rough.
I actually contacted him hoping he still had rough in those peachy gems left and could cut one for me
when I missed out on the drop.
Fortunately he had this one already finished in his collection - I believe from 2006

Ok, can I have some thoughts on this?
My new peachy tourmaline, with this matched pair of light spess garnets in a three stone....?
They are 4.5mm each, and the Tourm is 8.4mm, so the proportions will be nice imho..

But is this a crazy idea? Clashy? weird?
Please let me know what you think?!

Does anyone have an opinion on whether these would work with the tourmaline?

Info on the spess''s:
matched pair of Californian, 0.94cts total, 4.5mm each.
IF-VVS, no treatments, American cut rounds.
After the PS discount they would be $98 (free shipping).

I would especially like some advice on what people think about the price for these?
I think I could likely find a use for them if they didn''t work with the tourm..

Hrmm...no one game to comment..
should I take this as a sign its not a good idea? lol..

I do realize from looking around that they are a lil bit pricey,
but I don't think its an issue as I'd be paying for the cutting..
I could get a pair like these for half the price, but the cutting is

in comparison imho..
also the colour on the Californian pair seems alot...softer? prettier?

Does anyone think they're too pricey for that size?

I did look at the right stone. This monitor is stretching things...must figure out how to fix that.
