So elegant and beautiful!
Thank you! I’m happy with the profile too, it’s a little high, but it kept the stone from getting darker once set.The side profile came out perfectly! Love the different colors of your moody spinel
You did really well all the way around, Alene! I love that you have a Boss in that ring - that spinel is beyond moody! Its like in its own way its communicating with the World, like a Boss.
ETA: and of course the craftmanship is awesome.
I LOVE this ring! The stone and the setting! It’s a gorgeous color. I love how it has different moods - one of my favorite things about nice spinels!
Thanks! I believe it was about $500 or so, but it’s been a while.I love that stone also. Would you mind sharing what the price on it was, please?
Thanks so much! Waiting for the anniversary to wear it is the hardest part!Very pretty! It looks even lovelier on your hand! It suits you so perfectly.
Congratulations on your anniversary!
I love that color!
Wow! That is just stunning! What a color and what a lovely ring. Are the side stones baguettes or are they bullet shaped?
I'm late to this fabulous ring party, but can I ask @alene what is the carat weight of the spinel? It's a dream of mine to have one in a similar color.
It’s here and it’s beautiful! But it is so moody. I took a million pictures and it seems to shift color even in the same lighting depending on the angle. Diffuse natural light seems the best. The only issue is that it’s just a tiny bit smaller than my other ring from DK the same size, which means it’s a bit tight on my right hand. I think it’s going to have to be an alternative ering. Please excuse the dry hands, I had to snap the photos quickly before my husband put it away until our anniversary next month.
Everything about this ring is #goals
If only we could bookmark threads on there hahaha.
I'm obsessed with teal colors (I mean... profile pic), and this is one of the richest-colored spinels I've seen!
