@YadaYadaYada Girl!!!! So proud of you! It takes incredible dedication and consistency over a long period of time. A lot of people try to do what you have done and throw in the towel… you are incredible!
Not only have you lost 70 pounds, but your body is thanking you from the inside… you have created a healthier environment for your organs to work to their fullest, lowered your risk in cancer, heart disease and a melting pot of many other conditions. And thats not including the mental health improvements from not only taking the weight off, but knowing you had it in you and YOU DID IT!
Sending much love and health to you along your maintenance journey!

I only have two windows to paint!
I got a snap before the sun fully set.
He says we're never painting it ourselves again. Twice was enough. I have to say I agree. It's a lot harder when you're doing it yourself with no scaffolding in the aches of middle age.
This was a big year for major updates/repair.
There will be a ton more to do next year.
We need a break.

Coming back to update that I’m now 2lbs away from 70lbs lost, this also means I am 30lbs away from losing 100lbs. I haven’t lost too much since August but any progress is progress nonetheless.

Just wanted to thank you all for the sweet words and support, really means a lot to me. Added benefit of me losing weight is DH has begun his own journey and lost 25lbs already. So proud of him!

Good for you! I've done that, however only off and on, but it's amazing how fast you lose 5 lbs when you don't drink wine!
