Oh, and Happy Birthday for last Friday Tarepanda!!

Thank you bobbin! It was nice as my mom and I have the same birthday, and it was her 60th, so we got to celebrate as a family since I moved back closer to home recently. My SO also surprised me with Lakers tix (I am a huge sports fan) so that was fun. But today has been such a downer - I am a lawyer and law firm layoffs have hit really hard, including at my old firm, which was just announced. Fortunately my SO was OK but two of my close friends were not . . . makes me so sad

OOOO that sounds like fun! So many of my co-workers plan their travel trips all the time (which makes me a little jealous because I want to travel a lot) but I plan on saving most of my money now for future wedding stuff and a house. Then travel will come after that.........

I asked my mom and aunt to go with-- if not I said perhaps we should take a chunk of that money and open an account for wedding purchases! BF really didn''t like that idea and insists we go to vegas... hmmmm?? Just when you think you know the man in your life, they surprise ya!

Ahhh! Busted.

To be fair though, I''m not sure if it was entirely my tires. I just thought it was because there was so little snow, but so much slippery. FF said he was shocked at how slippery it was, also. So, I''m not crazy!

But yeah, I replaced 2 last year, and the other 2 really need to be replaced right about yesterday. Maybe this weekend my broke @$$ can get some tires.

Scrabble isn''t really my "game" either. However... it''s better than whatever it is they''re having me do it work, I''m sure of that.

On a side note. I just did my taxes. I told FF about my refund and he was like "OH MY GOD you are so lucky!"

I said, "Oh yeah? Because I spent more on tuition last year than I actually MADE last year. My refund isn''t looking so fantastic anymore, is it?"

If we are serious, I don''t even know how we would. I think it was more a semi-suggestion that PS should add the feature or something.

Oh man, Scrabble sounds great! I kinda miss Scrabulous on Facebook (and I''m a little too bitter about them taking it away to try the other Scrabble).

Hehe. No, not serious. I don't think applications could ever run on PS -- maybe if they were diamond related!
