afternoon all

there are a couple houses on my street having garage sales, which wouldn''t be a problem except i''m the last house on a dead end street. good thing i''m not going out anywhere for the rest of the day!

nah, i''m stuck waiting for phonecalls. i''m supposed to hear today about two different jobs i interviewed for this week. it''s 2:30 and nuttin

so i''m going to create a bridal canvass and wait to see if ally says anything else today. i don''t know if i should put the dress i found online that was too expensive on there or the one i got.

yup, good thing i found something quite similar cause i showed the original idea to M and all he said was "wow"

of course i could always splurge and get it but that requires at least one phonecall. :glares at phone:

and i love the maggie as well!!

i am absolutely in love with this song: Elsa''s Procession to the Cathedral have been ever since we played it two years ago. it''s from wagner''s lohengrin, which is also where the traditional bridal march comes from

only problem is i love the full orchestration so much i don''t know how much i''d like the condensed string quartet version.

but i hope you enjoy listening to it

I thought it went OK, then I posted a thread with the dresses that looked best, and everyone hated them. LOL.

Looking at the pics, yeah, I could have done a lot better. I did a bad job. Sigh.

So I went back out again and found a dress that was awesome! Unfortunately, they may not be able to get it to me in time, so I may have to buy a sample. The sample is a size 8... so... even though I got it on... I don''t know if it will work. Hopefully I could let it out a tiny bit. Its a corset so its got some leeway.

I liked the Maggie Sottero "Vonda" which I couldn''t take pictures of at the place I found it.

Yeah, looking at the pictures really helped. I thought they looked a lot better in person, but ... i''ll be in tons of photos so I need to look EXTRA stunning!

Yaaaaaay, two good friends of mine got engaged yesterday! Super excited for them.

And my own personal win-of-the-day: I got an A- in my class! Much better than the B I was expecting
