But the boyfriend told my sister and best friend, that he wasn''t planning on proposing in NY on our vacation because he hasn''t had the time to get the diamond for the setting we already have. I''m disappointed in a big way, but I guess it''ll happen eventually.....plus now there is the element of surprise as I have no idea when it''ll actually happen now.
