Any ideas on how to get intestines to move? (B won''t use laxatives but I''m about to give up and push the issue)

We''ve been eating lots of fruits & veggies. About 5 days vegetarian this last week and the other two were chicken.

He should have no trouble moving things along. I can''t take much more of this menu. (my intestines are trying to make up for his lack of moving)


Any natural laxative suggestions?

Garden hose.

Just had that done to our puppy (12 year old dog). She smelled so bad after that she got to spend the rest of the afternoon outside.

She was VERY excited to leave the vet''s office.

I saw her scoot on the carpet this morning and told her to stop it or we''d get her cleaned out again.
She got this look and went to sit on her bed. (poor puppy)

After that I''m waiting for B to have his meeting that ends at 5 so we can go home. (work near each other with usually compatible schedules so we carpool. -- just as well since we only have one car)
