Calling out ftw - lol.

soda/coke/pop...usually just say soda or the specific type of soda (i.e. coke, sprite, etc) but never pop.
exactly. NEVER ''pop.'' Pop is for grannies.

pop is rather old and boo to lawyers on occasion

no offense to any law students/lawyers and i know it''s just that they''re doing their job, but i wish people who do illegal things couldn''t defend themselves against the people they hurt.

good thing i have dark chocolate

i kicked the stair masters arse last night. i will admit that i am so vain, i check out my booty while working out. 1, for wedgie control, and 2, this much pain better be worth it!

Morning JCar! Yes, this tread has been very disheartening. I''ve been following the saga of this horrid bridal shop and poor Pilsn...I hope everything works out. I can''t believe they''re trying to sue her for things other PSers have said.

Mornin'' y''all!

Thank J -- I''m sure it''ll be fine. I''m scared mostly that it''ll be something I wasn''t expecting, like... "Oh, by the way, you''re preggers!"

20.gif

That would be just my luck.

oo an hour lunch? even though this part of the city is skeezy, i would love an hour lunch.

morning ladies.

I''m home today. I think I may have to go to the doctors
14.gif

Mornin, B!

Sorry you''re still feeling crappy... glad you''re home though. Definitely go to the doctors!

So I called the DR finally... I have a serious vitamin D deficiency, which causes.. well.. pretty much all of the problems I''ve been having. It should help regulate my mood, hormones, help lose weight, and help my sleeping issues.

I''m so happy there''s something I can do to fix this!!!

Bia - hope its nothing serious! feel better. Called you called out

Elle - that is so weird, I HAVE THE EXACT SAME THING!!! when they ran my test last year, i was at an 11...when i should have been much, much, much, much higher. So i tend to get depressed and chunky Oct-June. I really need to remember to take my VitD.

ETA - it totally is "fixable", plus its a good excuse to go vaca somewhere warm!!

This is great news!! So are the going to put you on a Vitamin D pill/supplement or are they going to work to try to incorporate more Vitamin D enriched foods into your diet? I know I''ve heard somewhere before that getting 15 minutes of direct sunlight/day helps to give you the total amount of Vitamin D you need in a day.

Yeah... that''s me too. Blah! Chunky and depressed!

Plus it will help my skin that is constantly breaking out, and my libido that has been falling off for a couple of years now.

I swear vitamin D is a miracle.

They called in a prescription for Vitamin D for me, and I have to take calcium supplements, also.

I didn''t know there was prescription grade VitD!

So I come into work and have an email from HR. They are all wound up because I ordered a keyboard drawer for my desk because my mouse and keyboard are too high. When I went to the doctor on Saturday I had him look at my wrist along with the freckle and turns out I've got tendonitis in my wrist (probably from the mouse) so he said good thing you ordered that keyboard drawer because it will help your wrist feel better.

Well, the admin had put in a request to have someone come install it and when I called last week, I was told it could take a month. So I contacted someone else and said my Dr. really thinks this should be installed sooner to which she said to tell my boss to contact her boss and they will move up the request and install sooner.

Well...........then that exploded into her boss sending the emails over to HR and they are all going crazy over there thinking this is some workman’s comp thing and someone should come assess my work station and I'm telling my boss "ITS REALLY NO BIG DEAL!!!!!!!!!!!!"I just want the drawer installed before a month so my wrist doesn’t hurt. She had to call HR and tell them but they said they were just taking precaution and supposedly they understand now.

lol

I'm thinking OMG calm down people!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol It's NOT that bad. Lol
